The Big Wig Campaign

We know that great things can happen when we all come together, and The Primrose Foundation is working with The Big Give to enable our fundraisers to make one donation with twice the impact.

This fantastic opportunity allows you to donate, and ‘The Big Give’ will match fund and claim Gift Aid (where possible) on all donations received for our ‘Big Wig’ campaign.

Our ‘Big Wig’ campaign will run from the 11th – 18th October; it is an important campaign that will enable The Primrose Foundation to continue to provide wig funding for those who lose their hair due to breast cancer treatment.

Hair loss for women undergoing breast cancer treatment can be devastating, and many cannot afford a well-made wig. A well-made, professionally fitted wig helps to improve self-esteem and allows a person to look and feel more like themselves.

Supporting patients at any time during their breast cancer treatment is paramount; by offering this funding, we believe our help provides a little comfort at a difficult time. Our wig funding helps to improve self-confidence, make a person look & feel more like themselves and provides a sense of normalcy.

By teaming up with ‘The Big Give’, The Primrose Foundation is now offering an opportunity to make a real difference this breast cancer awareness month. By donating as little as £20, we will receive £45, which is almost half the cost of our wig grant funding.
