Fun Ways to Fundraise During Breast Cancer Awareness Month

 

Here at The Primrose Foundation, we believe FUNdraising should be fun when possible. Whether you are a one-woman team or a fundraising crew, we will do whatever we can to help support you.

October is an essential month for us, as it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this means that we have a whole month to raise awareness about breast cancer and the importance of being breast aware. It also allows us to shout about all the great things we have accomplished thanks to local people and businesses who choose to support us and what together we have achieved over almost 30 years.

FUNdraising for our charity at any point is a wonderful way to show your support however its most powerful when timed with a meaningful month which is why we would like to ask everyone to show their support in during this all-important month for our charity – Whether you like to take on a new challenge or bring people together we can help you add an extra bit of fun to your FUNdraising adventure.

 
 

We would love you to get involved in FUNdraising for us. We enjoy coming up with creative and fun ways to fundraise for Primrose, here is a list of some of our top 10 ways you could fundraise for us during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

  1. Host a break with tea & cake or arrange a coffee morning with a twist

  2. Hold a fancy frock Friday or a mufti-day Monday

  3. Gather a team for a boobie bake-off

  4. Pull off a pink primrose paradise party

  5. Create a Primrose penny or pound path around your destination of choice (a great way for businesses to get involved).

  6. Throw a Primrose pamper party with prosecco

  7. Be bold and go bald (shave for the brave)

  8. Take on a corporate charity challenge

  9. Partner with a partner and take part in a fundraising adventure

  10. Go wild and wing walk, skydive or do an abseil in style
