New Breast Reconstructive Nurse Joins The Primrose Breast Care Centre

Katie is our new Breast Reconstruction Specialist Nurse at The Primrose Breast Care Centre. 

This brand-new role provides guidance to patients undergoing immediate or delayed reconstruction following a breast cancer diagnosis.  Katie will work closely with each of her patients and the surgical team during the decision-making process, both pre and post-operatively.  

Before joining the team at Primrose, Katie Previously worked as a Junior Sister on Lynher ward which specialises in Plastics, ENT, Max Facs and Urology, therefore she has lots of experience with working with patients post-operatively and in particular those that have had breast reconstructive surgery  

When Katie is not working, she prefers being outside in the fresh air, enjoying walks along the coast, and keeping active by kayaking.  Katie loves to be sociable and spending time with her close family and friends.
