The countdown has begun to one of our favourite local annual events, the Plymouth 5k. We love this event for many reasons but ultimately because it’s centred around bringing our community together and encouraging everyone to get involved.

What’s also great about this event is that the hard-working behind-the-scenes event crew at Redrok Events work incredibly hard at making this event an opportunity for local charities like The Primrose Foundation to benefit by offering all runners the opportunity to support their chosen charity.

You can enter as a solo participant or like many of our fantastic fundraisers have done so in the past, as a group of family, friends, or work colleagues, it’s all about getting involved and potentially making a difference.

Everyone enters with their own story, whether that’s to achieve a personal best or to make a difference to a charity close to their hearts, it’s an event that has no doubt touched most of us in some way, whether you have got involved yourself or sponsored someone that has. It’s an event that makes us proud to live in the Southwest.
