PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately due to high winds, we have decided to reschedule our paddleboard event.

 The event will now take place on Saturday 21st August from 2pm.

If you have already purchased tickets you will automatically be granted a place on the new date.

Please join The Primrose Foundation and South West SUP for our family friend ‘Paddle for Primrose’ event taking place at 2pm on Saturday 21st August at South West SUP in Royal William Yard.

This will be a fun, instructor-led session for small groups of family and or friends, aged 7+.

All equipment can be provided, including wetsuits and boards.

Depending on your level of confidence, the session will include a short coastal journey to explore the stunning surroundings of Firestone Bay.

Tickets cost £25 per person.

General info

Please arrive ready to go on the water as current conditions mean that changing facilities are not available.

If you need a wetsuit and or board, please contact South West SUP in advance on info@southwestsup.co.uk

Requirements

  • A towel, sunscreen and water.

  • Suitable footwear

  • Good general physical fitness and confident swimmer.

  • Completed waiver (see below)

Please note that you will be required to sign a water sport/ activity waiver and assumption of risk before entering the water.

Should you wish to see a copy of this in advance then please contact info@primrosefoundation.org

If anyone under the age of 16 is taking part a parent or guardian must complete a waiver on their behalf.

Event run time

2.00pm – Sign in and grab your equipment

2.15pm - Meet, greet & introductions

2.30pm – Pop on your paddle

4.00pm – Bank on land for a hot beverage & a pastry.
