25 Local Companies to Take on a "25 for 25 Challenge"

The Primrose Foundation is delighted to be celebrating 25 years of supporting the Breast care services at University Hospitals Plymouth in 2021.

We want to make that year our most successful year so far and wish to invite local businesses to help us achieve that aim.

  • Local fitness Bootcamps to take on a ‘25 for 25 challenge’ so perhaps 25 HITT exercises to do each day for 25 days- perhaps invite your members to take part too.

  • Local cafes and or Restaurants to design a 25th cake, cookie or desert- a percentage of the profits goes straight to the Foundation.

  • Local swimming clubs to swim 25 lengths and get sponsored for doing so- All entry fees to go to the Foundation.

  • Local running Clubs to 25 miles in one month. Individuals can gain sponsorship to complete.

  • Local gyms or leisure centres could challenge members to get fit for 25 minutes, 3 x a week in a particular month and get sponsored for it.

  • Local dance groups (adults and children) – could challenge themselves to dance for 25 hours and gain sponsorship.

  • Local pubs and bars could develop a Primrose cocktail / mocktail and a % of each one sold goes to The Foundation.

  • Local Ice Cream Parlours or stands could develop a Primrose flavour or just every yellow ice cream sold, % donation to The Foundation for every one sold

Or Perhaps you can be more creative and want to design your very own 25 fundraising event.

Maybe you want to take on a challenge that could offer you a once in a lifetime experience or set yourself a target for something that will motivate you.

Whatever your reason for taking part, and whatever you choose to do, you can help us make a world of difference to those with breast cancer today and to those diagnosed in the future.
